Welcome to Kingdom Capacity Institute ("KCI," "we," "us," or "our"), a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, located at kingdomcapacityinstitute.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any program, membership, event, or resource offered through it, including Oil Keepers Circle. By using this website, submitting a form, registering for a program, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Kingdom Capacity Institute is a Christian spiritual formation and leadership training institute founded by Rev. Michaelia Daubon and based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. KCI operates as a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, a Massachusetts company.
KCI is separate from Radiant Hope International, DiscovOri Transformational Coaching & Counseling, and MA Joshua Commercial Real Estate. Each of those organizations maintains its own website, offerings, policies, and contact lists.
KCI offers structured teaching and formation programs, which may include:
Oil Keepers Circle, a monthly formation and mentorship membership community
Leadership capacity, spiritual formation, and prophetic equipping courses
Live virtual gatherings, recordings, workbooks, class notes, and digital resources
Workshops, cohorts, and training events
Program details, schedules, and pricing are described on our website or at registration. We may modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any program. If a change materially affects a paid membership, we will notify active members by email or text.
KCI provides biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and leadership development for educational and ministry purposes. KCI programs are not counseling, therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or crisis services, and they do not replace your local church, pastoral care, or licensed professional support. Nothing we teach is legal, financial, medical, or clinical advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for KCI programs or memberships. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us right away at [email protected].
Fees are shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. KCI does not store full payment card numbers.
Recurring memberships. Monthly and annual memberships, including Oil Keepers Circle and any add-ons, renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Monthly members may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; the current month is not refunded, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
Annual members may request a partial, prorated refund in writing by email or text during the first three paid months only. After that, annual payments are non-refundable.
Founding-member rate. Members who join at a founding rate keep that rate for as long as the membership remains continuously active. If a membership is cancelled or lapses, the current published rate applies when rejoining.
Promotional codes, such as complimentary months for ROARR Conference VIP registrants, apply only as stated in the offer and have no cash value.
Events and courses. Refund terms for individual courses, workshops, or events are stated at registration.

KCI gatherings are formation spaces built on trust. As a participant, you agree to:
Treat other members with honor, respect, and care
Keep what other members share in gatherings, chats, and community spaces confidential
Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or sharing live sessions or member conversations
Refrain from harassment, spam, solicitation, or promoting unrelated products or services
We may pause or end access for anyone who materially violates these guidelines or these Terms. Where possible, we will contact you before taking that step.
All KCI content, including the Oil Keeper Formation Cycle, the ROARR lens, curriculum, teaching recordings, class notes, workbooks, tracking tools, graphics, and branding, belongs to Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC or its creators and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use materials you access for your own personal formation. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or teach our content as your own without written permission.
Program description. Kingdom Capacity Institute, a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, sends text messages only to people who voluntarily opt in. Providing your phone number or submitting a form does not by itself give SMS consent. Consent is given only by checking a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on one of our forms.
We offer two separate types of text messages, and you may choose either, both, or neither:
Service (non-marketing) texts: membership and enrollment confirmations, gathering and session reminders, replay and resource delivery, billing and account notices, customer support, and follow-up on inquiries you submit.
Promotional texts: announcements about new programs, events, courses, special offers, and ministry updates. This opt-in is optional and is never required to join a program.
Message frequency varies based on your programs and activity, typically 2 to 10 messages per month.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply START to re-subscribe.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to receive texts to buy a membership or join a program.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age: You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
Mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This includes Radiant Hope International, DiscovOri, and other organizations affiliated with KCI's founder.
If you give us your email address, we may send program confirmations, gathering links, and resources. If you opt in to marketing email, we may also send updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, including payment processors, video conferencing, email, and text messaging providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
Our content and programs are provided "as is" for spiritual formation and educational purposes. Growth depends on your own participation, circumstances, and many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific results.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT ENTERPRISE LLC, KINGDOM CAPACITY INSTITUTE, AND THEIR OWNERS, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PROGRAMS, OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts.
