Kingdom Capacity Institute develops believers and Christian leaders who can faithfully carry what God has entrusted to them, with maturity, integrity, obedience, capacity, and endurance.

Kingdom Capacity Institute is the overarching formation and equipping institution behind every program that carries the KCI name. It is built broad enough to hold current and future training without changing its core voice, theology, or purpose.
Spiritual Formation & Faithful Stewardship
Formation is a practice, not an event. We make the case for sustained growth and faithful carrying, rather than dependence on conference highs or isolated inspiration.
Leadership Capacity & Character
Character and competence belong together. We develop the inner life, integrity, relational maturity, and practical capacity required to carry leadership well.
Gifts of the Spirit
We offer biblical teaching on the discernment, development, and stewardship of spiritual gifts, never separated from character, accountability, Scripture, or love.
Prophetic Calling & Equipping
This program offers biblical teaching on prophetic ministry, discernment, and testing, along with the responsible practice and character required to steward a prophetic walk.
Prayer as Formation
Prayer is not merely a tool for outcomes. It forms the believer, cultivates discernment and obedience, and prepares people to serve faithfully.
Formation in Accountable Community
Growth is practiced with others rather than through isolated content, and is enhanced by mentorship, guided practice, conversation, feedback, and reflection.

A monthly formation and mentorship community
Oil Keepers creates space to examine what has been entrusted to you, strengthen the areas carrying the greatest strain, and develop practices for stewarding those responsibilities faithfully. Members return to six stewardship domains again and again, deepening formation over a full year rather than completing a single course.

Reverend Michaelia Daubon
Reverend Michaelia Daubon is a minister, pastor, and prophetic voice with over 30 years in ministry. She is an MA-trained clinical mental health counselor with credentialing in progress, a summa cum laude graduate, and a published author.
She founded Kingdom Capacity Institute to help believers and leaders move from inspiration without sustained formation into intentional stewardship of what God has entrusted to them.
