Become the kind of believer who can faithfully steward what God has entrusted to you.
Calling, willingness, and good intentions are not the same as having the capacity and practices to steward something faithfully. Oil Keepers Circle is where that capacity gets built.
You can love God, know that something has been placed in your hands, and still discover that the way you are carrying it needs work.
You may be carrying legitimate responsibility without the capacity to sustain it well. You may be spiritually disciplined while your relationships, personal life, soul, or resources receive whatever is left over. You may keep accepting responsibilities simply because you are capable of handling them, without asking whether they actually belong to you.
Or your challenge may be the opposite. Something that genuinely belongs in your hands may remain underdeveloped because the discipline, courage, structure, or capacity required to steward it has not yet been built.
Faithfulness is not measured only by whether you said yes. It also shows up in how you steward what came with the yes.
Oil Keepers Circle was created to help believers develop that stewardship intentionally.
Many believers have received substantial teaching about calling, purpose, gifts, service, obedience, and leadership. That teaching matters. But knowing what faithfulness requires does not automatically create the practices, maturity, and capacity required to live it.
Oil Keepers Circle focuses on intentional stewardship formation. Instead of asking only "What has God called me to do?" participants also learn to ask:
"What kind of person must I become to steward what God has entrusted to me faithfully?"
An Oil Keeper is a believer who is learning to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them across the whole of life: their spiritual life, their soul, their relationships, their capacity, their assignment, and their resources.
This isn't just about becoming more effective. It's about becoming more faithful.
Oil Keepers Circle exists to help you build the capacity to carry what's yours with maturity, integrity, obedience, and endurance. It also helps you discern what was never yours to carry in the first place, and shows you how to release it well, transitioning it into the right hands with the same care you would want for your own assignment.
Oil Keepers Circle is not only for pastors or ministry leaders. It is for believers who want to steward what has been placed in their hands with greater faithfulness. This may be for you if you:
Oil Keepers Circle works through one integrated process, not four separate features. Each month brings together:
These four pieces work together. The domains show you where to look. ROARR gives you a consistent way to process what you find. The monthly rhythm gives you a place to practice. The Evidence of Growth checkpoint keeps the whole process honest.
The goal is not simply to learn another principle each month. It is to practice stewardship until it increasingly becomes how you live.
Together, these six domains keep you from measuring faithfulness by ministry activity or assignment alone.
Can I faithfully sustain my life with God?
Can my inner life carry what my assignment requires?
Can I steward relationships faithfully while fulfilling my responsibilities?
Can I faithfully steward the person God has entrusted to me?
Can I faithfully carry what God has actually assigned me?
Can I responsibly manage the time, resources, opportunities, influence, and responsibilities placed in my hands?
What needs to be brought under Christ's redemptive truth?
What pattern must stop governing me?
What God-given capacity must become active?
What needs to be brought into the light?
What healthy order needs to be established?
One primary teaching. One intentional practice. One month to work it into real life. The rhythm is focused on purpose, not designed to overwhelm you with constant assignments.
Start with a short reflection: a few honest questions to name where you are before the teaching begins.
Gather virtually each month for live teaching, guided processing, and community conversation, all in one gathering.
Practice one clear action for the month. Not a checklist. One thing, applied.
Stay connected through a standing community prompt between sessions.
Close the month with an Evidence-of-Growth checkpoint: what actually changed?
This month's practice, "What Have You Been Entrusted With?" You'll begin by naming what you're carrying and sorting it into four categories: Yours to Keep, Release, Not Yet Clear, and Assumed. It's your entry point into the year, not the whole methodology; every month after builds on it.
Oil Keepers Circle is designed to help you recognize observable formation, not merely collect information. Each month concludes with an opportunity to identify evidence of change, such as:
The promise here isn't perfection. It's measurable formation and increasing faithfulness. By the end of the first year, participants should be better able to:
Every day, you are making decisions about time, attention, responsibility, relationships, spiritual life, assignment, personal capacity, and resources. The question isn't whether that stewardship is happening. It's whether those decisions are being made intentionally.
Without intentional stewardship, it's possible to:
Oil Keepers Circle creates a structured place to examine and strengthen that stewardship now.
Oil Keepers Circle grew out of Michaelia's more than 30 years of ministry, teaching, leadership, and counseling education, working alongside believers and leaders navigating spiritual formation, soul care, relationships, capacity, and assignment.
Michaelia brings more than 30 years of ministry experience, including 16 years as Assistant Pastor at Celestial Praise Church of God in Springfield, Massachusetts. Her background includes formal biblical training, professional experience in education, and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pentecostal Theological Seminary. This combination of ministry, teaching, and counseling education shapes how she helps people examine the intersection of spiritual formation, personal capacity, soul care, and faithful practice.
Her work through Radiant Hope International, ROARR, Capacity Builders, DiscovOri, and Kingdom Capacity Institute has focused on helping believers and leaders grow in maturity and faithful practice, work Oil Keepers Circle now brings into one intentional formation process.

No. Oil Keepers Circle is built around Christian stewardship, not titles. See "Who Oil Keepers Circle Is For" above.
No. Oil Keepers Circle is a focused formation environment and isn't intended to replace your local church, pastoral care, or Christian community.
No. Oil Keepers Circle is a formation and discipleship program, not counseling or therapy. If you're navigating something that calls for clinical or pastoral care, we encourage you to pursue that alongside this process.
Biblical teaching is foundational, but the emphasis is formation and practice, not verse-by-verse study.
Because the six domains require time, practice, repetition, and integration. Real formation doesn't happen in a single session; it happens across a sustained rhythm.
Maturity still requires stewardship and continued growth. Oil Keepers Circle is built for growing believers at every stage, not only those who feel behind.
Boundaries are only one part of the program. Oil Keepers Circle also addresses your spiritual life, soul, relationships, assignment, and resources.
You do not need to be overwhelmed. Oil Keepers Circle is about faithful stewardship, not burnout recovery.

Not for this founding round. Pricing is open for as long as the Founding Circle is enrolling. That said, stewardship formation is worth starting sooner rather than later; every month you wait is a month of stewardship happening without intention.

Prayer and Scripture are foundational. Oil Keepers doesn't replace either. It provides a structured environment for applying biblical truth to your stewardship patterns and practicing what you're learning.
Yes. You can grow outside a program like this. The value of the Circle is its structure, guided process, intentional practice, community, and Evidence-of-Growth rhythm; things that are harder to sustain alone.
Oil Keepers is intentionally structured around one monthly gathering and one focused monthly practice, not a heavy weekly curriculum.
No prior spiritual experience is required. Oil Keepers Circle isn't about arriving with expertise. You do not need to arrive at the same level as everyone else. You do need to be willing to examine your stewardship honestly and put what you learn into practice, whether you've walked with the Lord for decades or are just beginning to take ownership of your spiritual life.
Add done-for-you class notes from every monthly gathering so you can be fully present in the room instead of scrambling to capture it all, then review, reference, and revisit anything you missed, anytime.
Add it anytime, available on any membership plan.
Add Monthly ($5/mo) Add Annual ($60/yr)The question is not whether stewardship matters. The question is how intentionally you are developing the capacity to steward what has been entrusted to you well. Oil Keepers Circle is not simply about helping you carry less. It's about forming you into someone who can faithfully steward what God has placed in your hands, for the long run, not just this month.
