Oil Keepers Circle

Become the kind of believer who can faithfully steward what God has entrusted to you.

Calling, willingness, and good intentions are not the same as having the capacity and practices to steward something faithfully. Oil Keepers Circle is where that capacity gets built.

The Stewardship Gap

Being Entrusted With Something Isn't the Same as Being Formed to Steward It

You can love God, know that something has been placed in your hands, and still discover that the way you are carrying it needs work.

You may be carrying legitimate responsibility without the capacity to sustain it well. You may be spiritually disciplined while your relationships, personal life, soul, or resources receive whatever is left over. You may keep accepting responsibilities simply because you are capable of handling them, without asking whether they actually belong to you.

Or your challenge may be the opposite. Something that genuinely belongs in your hands may remain underdeveloped because the discipline, courage, structure, or capacity required to steward it has not yet been built.

Faithfulness is not measured only by whether you said yes. It also shows up in how you steward what came with the yes.

Oil Keepers Circle was created to help believers develop that stewardship intentionally.

A Different Starting Point

You May Not Need More Information. You May Need a Formation Process.

Many believers have received substantial teaching about calling, purpose, gifts, service, obedience, and leadership. That teaching matters. But knowing what faithfulness requires does not automatically create the practices, maturity, and capacity required to live it.

Oil Keepers Circle focuses on intentional stewardship formation. Instead of asking only "What has God called me to do?" participants also learn to ask:

"What kind of person must I become to steward what God has entrusted to me faithfully?"

Who Is an Oil Keeper?

An Oil Keeper is a believer who is learning to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them across the whole of life: their spiritual life, their soul, their relationships, their capacity, their assignment, and their resources.

This isn't just about becoming more effective. It's about becoming more faithful.

Oil Keepers Circle exists to help you build the capacity to carry what's yours with maturity, integrity, obedience, and endurance. It also helps you discern what was never yours to carry in the first place, and shows you how to release it well, transitioning it into the right hands with the same care you would want for your own assignment.

Is This for You?

Oil Keepers Circle May Be for You If...

Oil Keepers Circle is not only for pastors or ministry leaders. It is for believers who want to steward what has been placed in their hands with greater faithfulness. This may be for you if you:

  • Know something significant has been entrusted to you.
  • Are entering a new season of responsibility.
  • Carry too much because you struggle to discern what actually belongs to you.
  • Have held back from responsibilities that genuinely belong to you.
  • Know your assignment but recognize that your present capacity needs development.
  • Have received a great deal of teaching but need stronger application and practice.
  • Are spiritually active but recognize gaps in personal, relational, emotional, or practical stewardship.
  • Want greater intentionality around time, relationships, responsibility, resources, or assignment.
  • Are a mature believer who wants to continue growing in faithfulness.
The Distinctive

The Oil Keeper Formation Cycle

Oil Keepers Circle works through one integrated process, not four separate features. Each month brings together:

  • Six Domains of Capacity. Examining stewardship across your spiritual life, soul, relationships, personal capacity, assignment, and resources.
  • The ROARR Lens. Processing growth through what needs to be redeemed, overcome, awakened, revealed, and restored.
  • Monthly Formation Practice. One gathering built around reflection, teaching, guided processing, one focused practice, and community conversation, with continued reflection through the month.
  • Evidence of Growth. Closing each month by identifying real, observable evidence that something actually changed.

These four pieces work together. The domains show you where to look. ROARR gives you a consistent way to process what you find. The monthly rhythm gives you a place to practice. The Evidence of Growth checkpoint keeps the whole process honest.

The goal is not simply to learn another principle each month. It is to practice stewardship until it increasingly becomes how you live.

Part 1: Six Domains of Capacity

What We're Actually Building

Together, these six domains keep you from measuring faithfulness by ministry activity or assignment alone.

01

Spiritual Capacity

Can I faithfully sustain my life with God?

02

Soul Capacity

Can my inner life carry what my assignment requires?

03

Relational Capacity

Can I steward relationships faithfully while fulfilling my responsibilities?

04

Personal Capacity

Can I faithfully steward the person God has entrusted to me?

05

Assignment Capacity

Can I faithfully carry what God has actually assigned me?

06

Stewardship Capacity

Can I responsibly manage the time, resources, opportunities, influence, and responsibilities placed in my hands?

Part 2: The ROARR Lens

The Method: ROARR

Every domain, every month, is processed through the same lens
R

Redeem

What needs to be brought under Christ's redemptive truth?

O

Overcome

What pattern must stop governing me?

A

Awaken

What God-given capacity must become active?

R

Reveal

What needs to be brought into the light?

R

Restore

What healthy order needs to be established?

Part 3: Monthly Formation Practice

What a Month Looks Like

One primary teaching. One intentional practice. One month to work it into real life. The rhythm is focused on purpose, not designed to overwhelm you with constant assignments.

1

Start with a short reflection: a few honest questions to name where you are before the teaching begins.

2

Gather virtually each month for live teaching, guided processing, and community conversation, all in one gathering.

3

Practice one clear action for the month. Not a checklist. One thing, applied.

4

Stay connected through a standing community prompt between sessions.

5

Close the month with an Evidence-of-Growth checkpoint: what actually changed?

This month's practice, "What Have You Been Entrusted With?" You'll begin by naming what you're carrying and sorting it into four categories: Yours to Keep, Release, Not Yet Clear, and Assumed. It's your entry point into the year, not the whole methodology; every month after builds on it.

Part 4: Evidence of Growth

Not Just What Did You Learn. What Changed?

Oil Keepers Circle is designed to help you recognize observable formation, not merely collect information. Each month concludes with an opportunity to identify evidence of change, such as:

  • A decision made differently
  • A boundary established
  • A responsibility released
  • A neglected responsibility embraced
  • A new discipline practiced
  • A pattern recognized
  • A capacity strengthened
  • A relationship handled differently
  • A stewardship practice put into place
The Year Ahead

What Could Be Different After a Year of Intentional Stewardship?

The promise here isn't perfection. It's measurable formation and increasing faithfulness. By the end of the first year, participants should be better able to:

Discern More Clearly

  • Name what has actually been entrusted to them.
  • Distinguish assignment from assumption, obligation, opportunity, and distraction.
  • Recognize patterns that drain or distort stewardship.
  • Identify evidence that their stewardship is actually changing.

Build Greater Capacity

  • Identify areas where capacity needs development.
  • Make wiser decisions about responsibility.
  • Establish appropriate boundaries where needed.
  • Strengthen deficient disciplines.

Steward More Faithfully

  • Tend their spiritual life and soul more intentionally.
  • Steward relationships more faithfully.
  • Manage assignment and resources with greater maturity.
  • Carry legitimate responsibility more sustainably.
Why This Matters Now

Stewardship Is Already Happening

Every day, you are making decisions about time, attention, responsibility, relationships, spiritual life, assignment, personal capacity, and resources. The question isn't whether that stewardship is happening. It's whether those decisions are being made intentionally.

Without intentional stewardship, it's possible to:

  • Keep carrying responsibility that was never yours.
  • Neglect responsibility that actually is yours.
  • Grow in one area while another quietly deteriorates.
  • Continue reaching the same capacity ceiling.
  • Respond primarily to urgency rather than assignment.
  • Accumulate knowledge without establishing new practices.
  • Ask for greater responsibility while failing to develop what is already in your hands.

Oil Keepers Circle creates a structured place to examine and strengthen that stewardship now.

Questions

When do we meet?

The group meets live once a month. Our founding gathering is September 24 at 8:00 PM ET. After that, the group will decide together on a recurring monthly day and time at our first session.

What if I miss a live session?

Every gathering is recorded, and the replay is available so you never lose access to that month's teaching.

Is Oil Keepers Circle only for ministry leaders?

No. Oil Keepers Circle is built around Christian stewardship, not titles. See "Who Oil Keepers Circle Is For" above.

Is this a replacement for my church?

No. Oil Keepers Circle is a focused formation environment and isn't intended to replace your local church, pastoral care, or Christian community.

Is this counseling or therapy?

No. Oil Keepers Circle is a formation and discipleship program, not counseling or therapy. If you're navigating something that calls for clinical or pastoral care, we encourage you to pursue that alongside this process.

Is this a Bible study?

Biblical teaching is foundational, but the emphasis is formation and practice, not verse-by-verse study.

Why a whole year?

Because the six domains require time, practice, repetition, and integration. Real formation doesn't happen in a single session; it happens across a sustained rhythm.

What if I am already spiritually mature?

Maturity still requires stewardship and continued growth. Oil Keepers Circle is built for growing believers at every stage, not only those who feel behind.

What if I already have good boundaries?

Boundaries are only one part of the program. Oil Keepers Circle also addresses your spiritual life, soul, relationships, assignment, and resources.

What if I am not overwhelmed?

You do not need to be overwhelmed. Oil Keepers Circle is about faithful stewardship, not burnout recovery.

I was a VIP at the ROARR Conference: how do I get my rate?

Enter your VIP code, ROARR26VIP, when you enroll to activate your first 3 months of Oil Keepers Circle membership free. After that, you'll continue on whichever plan you chose at enrollment: $37/month or $370/year.

Is there a deadline to get the founding rate?

Not for this founding round. Pricing is open for as long as the Founding Circle is enrolling. That said, stewardship formation is worth starting sooner rather than later; every month you wait is a month of stewardship happening without intention.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly members can cancel anytime before their next billing cycle. Annual members may request a partial, prorated refund in writing during the first 3 paid months only; after that, annual payments are nonrefundable.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Monthly members can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Annual members may request a partial refund in writing by SMS or email during the first 3 paid months only; approved refunds are prorated based on progress through the paid annual term. After the first 3 paid months, annual payments are nonrefundable.

What happens if the price increases?

Members who enroll at the current formation price retain that rate for as long as their membership remains active. Future price increases apply to new and returning members, not to members who maintain continuous membership at the formation price.

I already pray and study Scripture. Why would I need this?

Prayer and Scripture are foundational. Oil Keepers doesn't replace either. It provides a structured environment for applying biblical truth to your stewardship patterns and practicing what you're learning.

Couldn't I work through this myself?

Yes. You can grow outside a program like this. The value of the Circle is its structure, guided process, intentional practice, community, and Evidence-of-Growth rhythm; things that are harder to sustain alone.

I don't need another time-consuming program.

Oil Keepers is intentionally structured around one monthly gathering and one focused monthly practice, not a heavy weekly curriculum.

Do I need any prior spiritual experience?

No prior spiritual experience is required. Oil Keepers Circle isn't about arriving with expertise. You do not need to arrive at the same level as everyone else. You do need to be willing to examine your stewardship honestly and put what you learn into practice, whether you've walked with the Lord for decades or are just beginning to take ownership of your spiritual life.

Optional Add-On

Stay Present. Don't Worry About Writing It All Down.

Add done-for-you class notes from every monthly gathering so you can be fully present in the room instead of scrambling to capture it all, then review, reference, and revisit anything you missed, anytime.

+$5/month  or  +$60/year

Add it anytime, available on any membership plan.

Something Has Already Been Placed in Your Hands

The question is not whether stewardship matters. The question is how intentionally you are developing the capacity to steward what has been entrusted to you well. Oil Keepers Circle is not simply about helping you carry less. It's about forming you into someone who can faithfully steward what God has placed in your hands, for the long run, not just this month.
